We then create a new identity and configure the account all over again only for the same thing to start happening. We can see this happening as the number of items in Sent Items increases - confirmed in webmail. Outlook synchronised email quite happily, but at some point it completed, and then started to re-upload items in the "Sent Items" folder again -įurther duplicates were created. ![]() We then created a brand new identity and re-configured the account. Sent Items and this got mail flowing again. So, we used webmail to delete the largest duplicate messages in ![]() We noticed that Outlook was constantly uploading items into the Sent Items folder (confirmed on webmail) creating duplicates - this filled the10GB limited mailbox and mail started to bounce. ![]() He has a large amount of mail in the mailbox however, one particular problem that started recently is causing no amount of headaches: I have a client who uses Outlook for Mac 2011 against Exchange 2007 (hosted Exchange).
